Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work on GenvexAI’s pay-as-you-go credit model.

1. 24-Hour Refund Window

All purchased credit packages (Starter, Developer, Pro, Growth, Enterprise) come with a 24-hour full refund guarantee.
Refunds are allowed if:

  • The refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • No credits from the purchased amount have been used.
  • The wallet balance remains untouched after adding the package.

2. Wallet-Based Pay-As-You-Go Billing

GenvexAI follows a pure pay-as-you-go usage model. Users purchase credit packages which are added to their in-app wallet, and credits are deducted only when code is generated or bots are used.

  • There is no recurring billing of any kind.
  • No automatic deductions or auto-renewals.
  • You pay only for what you generate.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Your purchase qualifies for a refund ONLY if:

  • The request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The purchased credits have not been used at all.
  • No project generation, debugging, SQL query, or React app creation has occurred after purchase.

Note: Once any amount from your wallet is consumed, the package becomes non-refundable.

4. Validity of Purchased Credits

All credit packages come with a 1-year validity from the date of purchase.

  • Unused credits automatically expire after 12 months.
  • Expired credits cannot be refunded or restored.

5. Cancellation of Services

Because GenvexAI does not use subscriptions, there is no service cancellation required.

  • You may stop using the app anytime.
  • Your wallet balance remains available until expiry.
  • No cancellation fees or penalties apply.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requested after 24 hours.
  • Purchased credits have been partially or fully used.
  • Credits that expired after 1 year.
  • Refund request for AI-generated results or completed projects.
